- Customer places the order and pays for the service

- Customer fills out the Gig requirements, and specifies if steams are required

- I resort to my state of the art studio in Montreal and begin the creative process

- Delivery of the project as original specifications and Gig requirements.

- Notes / Revisions if required.

- Finishing
